I just saw Jeffrey on The Jennifer Hudson Show and decided to look him up. I’m glad I came across this video because it was helpful to see the benefits of his work. I especially liked hearing that a senior was able to reduce her diabetes medication because she is being more active. Oh, and the senior with dementia who made sure she didn’t miss her karate lessons was inspiring. I don’t write grants anymore, but I’d love to write a grant for any of his programs. I’m inspired.

It reminded me of how it was when I was growing up- UTMOST RESPECT FOR SENIORS! It show me that there is still great people in the younger generation that will uplift society and our communities.
